Rebrandly.com will allow you to go in straight away, without an account and then shorten a URL however we would highly recommend making an account with Rebrandly.com. A free account can allow you to keep track of all of your links as well as as allow you the option to create custom links with your own custom domain eg. yourdomain.com.au.
