If you want to find out who is in your email group (Google Workspace) you can do so by going to Google My Groups. Once you are in Google My Groups you can view all of the email groups you are a part of.
From there do the following:
- Click on the email group you wish to view
- Click on People from the left side panel
Once you have done that you will be able to view all members of that particular email group.
