Email Signatures AKA Email Stationery within VaultRE can be customised for each individual user within a VaultRE account. This is used when sending out email communication from within the VaultRE system.
Please note: Only users with full admin access to an account's settings can facilitate these following changes.
How to add a new email signature:
- Login to your desired VaultRE account
- Make your way to Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
- Under the "Attach Email Stationery" section complete the following:
- Click on the Staff dropdown and then select the user you want to assign the email signature to
- Leave the Header dropdown as None
- Click on the Footer dropdown and then choose HTML
- Follow the steps below to copy and paste your email signature from the Resource Hub into the HTML box
- Go to the Resource Hub
- Make your way to the Office page
- Click on your office
- Scroll down to the Email Signature document or click on Email Signatures found within the Table of Contents
- Copy and paste your desired email signature from the Google Document into the HTML box within VaultRE
- Edit the email signature to your desired format within the HTML box
- Press Save
How to update an existing email signature:
To update an email signature you will need to delete the pre-existing email signature and then follow the steps above as VaultRE does not offer up an edit function for pre-existing email signatures.
- Login to your desired VaultRE account
- Make your way to Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
- Under the "Existing Stationery" section complete the following:
- Click on the Staff dropdown and select the user you wish to update
- Click on Remove Stationery
- Click Confirm
- Follow the steps above under "How to add a new email signature:"
