Email Signatures AKA Email Stationery within VaultRE can be customised for each individual user within a VaultRE account. This is used when sending out email communication from within the VaultRE system.


Please note: Only users with full admin access to an account's settings can facilitate these following changes.



How to add a new email signature:


  1. Login to your desired VaultRE account
  2. Make your way to Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
  3. Under the "Attach Email Stationery" section complete the following:
    1. Click on the Staff dropdown and then select the user you want to assign the email signature to
    2. Leave the Header dropdown as None
    3. Click on the Footer dropdown and then choose HTML
    4. Follow the steps below to copy and paste your email signature from the Resource Hub into the HTML box
      1. Go to the Resource Hub
      2. Make your way to the Office page
      3. Click on your office
      4. Scroll down to the Email Signature document or click on Email Signatures found within the Table of Contents
      5. Copy and paste your desired email signature from the Google Document into the HTML box within VaultRE
    5. Edit the email signature to your desired format within the HTML box
  4. Press Save



How to update an existing email signature:


To update an email signature you will need to delete the pre-existing email signature and then follow the steps above as VaultRE does not offer up an edit function for pre-existing email signatures.


  1. Login to your desired VaultRE account
  2. Make your way to Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
  3. Under the "Existing Stationery" section complete the following:
    1. Click on the Staff dropdown and select the user you wish to update
    2. Click on Remove Stationery
    3. Click Confirm
  4. Follow the steps above under "How to add a new email signature:"
